Ephesians 6:10-18

The Armor of God

10. Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.

11. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.

12. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

13. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.

14. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place,

15. and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.

16. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.

17. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

18. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.

La Armadura de Dios
Efesios 6 10-18

10. Finalmente, sé fuerte en el Señor y en su gran poder.
11. Pónganse toda la armadura de Dios, para que puedan oponerse a los planes del diablo.
12. Porque nuestra lucha no es contra sangre y carne, sino contra los gobernantes, contra las autoridades, contra los poderes de este mundo oscuro y contra las fuerzas espirituales del mal en los reinos celestiales.
13. Por tanto, vístanse con toda la armadura de Dios, para que cuando llegue el día del mal, puedan mantenerse firmes y, después de haber hecho todo, permanecer firmes.
14. Mantente firme, pues, con el cinturón de la verdad abrochado alrededor de tu cintura, con la coraza de la justicia en su lugar,
15. y con los pies calzados con la disposición que viene del evangelio de la paz.
16. Además de todo esto, toma el escudo de la fe, con el cual podrás apagar todas las flechas llameantes del maligno.
17. Toma el yelmo de la salvación y la espada del Espíritu, que es la palabra de Dios.
18. Y ore en el Espíritu n toda ocasión con todo tipo de oraciones y peticiones. Con esto en mente, manténgase alerta y siga orando siempre por todo el pueblo del Señor.
